Forty-one 4-Hers, parents, community members and County staff members pitched in and painted the rodeo arena Monday evening. Thanks to the awesome turnout, we were able to get half of it painted in less than three hours. Participants were treated to hot dogs and watermelon for their efforts. The next paint evening is scheduled for July 12. We hope to be able to finish the arena and do the pens. We should be just in time to spiff up the fairgrounds for the State 4-H Horse Show and Quay County 4-H Rodeo, which will be held the next week.

The British Soccer Camp was held in Tucumcari June 6-10 at Rattler Stadium.
The coaches who came were from England and taught many new skills and the kids had a lot of fun. Thank you to all local businesses who donated to help.
