The Portales High School softball team has been seeded seventh in the 16-team, double-elimination Class 3A softball tournament, scheduled Thursday through Saturday in Las Cruces.

The Lady Rams (15-11) will face 10th-seeded Hatch Valley in a 10 a.m. Thursday game, and will be playing a 4 p.m. game against either St. Michael’s or district rival Dexter.

The winners bracket game is scheduled at the Field of Dreams, and the losers bracket game is scheduled for Maag Field.
