Recap: Olton’s full-court pressure and outside shooting hurt the Tigers early as the Mustangs hit four 3-pointers en route to a 12-2 lead. Olton held Elida to 20 points over the last three quarters.
Elida senior Alex Varela scored 17 points and hit five 3-pointers.

Recap: Elida held Shallowater to 13 points in the second half to stay unbeaten. The Lady Tigers spread the floor in the fourth quarter, forcing Shallowater out of a zone, which resulted in several easy baskets for Elida. The Lady Tigers led 24-22 at halftime.
Elida senior Reavis Best scored 16 points, including a 3-pointer, and senior Amanda Cross-Smith had 10 points.
