Everyone is concerned about the water shortage. Most of us do what we can to conserve. I have a question for whomever is in charge of the timer on the park sprinklers. Why is it that they always go on at noon? We all love the parks and the children need a place to play on green grass. If there is a reason to water at noon, I would like to know why.
