Fairboard to sell brisket

The Quay County Fairboard will once again be selling briskets for Easter Dinner. The briskets will be $34 each and are 10 to 12 pounds each before cooking. Supplies are limited to 100. The briskets are marinated in a special sauce and then wood smoked.
Individuals must place their order by April 8.
Contact Nick LeCompte at 461-1184 or any fairboard member. Pick up will be April 10 from 2-4 p.m. at the fairgrounds.
