Lalinda Ochoa, 50, died in Albuquerque on March 26, 2005 after an extended illness. Ochoa was born Dec. 7, 1954 in Tucumcari. At the time of her death she was a home maker. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Blas and Lala Jimenez. Survivors include her husband Neil Ochoa of Walsh, Colo.; a son Eric Hays of Colorado and her brother Gene Ballard of New Mexico; her parents Gene and Carolyn Ballard of Albuquerque; and other relatives. Arrangements were made by Dunn Funeral Home in Tucumcari.
