Today — Mother Road Rally — Various events scheduled around town and at Quay County Fairgrounds. Gates open at 9 a.m. at the fairgrounds. Sunday — The Amistad All-School Reunion will be held at the Amistad school. Registration at 3 p.m. (MDT). Call (806) 384-2374 for information. Monday — The Tucumcari schools board of education will hold a regular meeting at the administration office conference room at 2400 South Eighth Street, 6 p.m. Tuesday — The Library Board meets at Tucumcari Public Library, noon. Tuesday — The Tucumcari schools board of education will hold a special public forum on the possibility of a four-day school week at the administration building, 2400 South Eighth Street, 6 p.m. Thursday — The Tucumcari Housing Authority meets at city hall, 5 p.m. Thursday — The Tucumcari City Commission meets at city hall, 6 p.m. Thursday-June 26 — The 22nd Annual Custom Classic Softball Tournament is scheduled in Clovis. Men’s teams and women’s teams may enter. Entry fee is $190. Call 762-8977 for details. June 28 — The Tucumcari Planning Commission meets at city hall, 5:15 p.m. June 29 — Altrusa will hold a committee meeting at Bambino’s Restaurant, noon. June 30 — Tucumcari Historical Museum presents Youth Artist in the Annex, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 416 S. Adams. Call 461-4201 for information. July 6 — The RAD Water Users Co-op will meet at the Norton Fire Station, 6:30 p.m. The CCR report is available upon request.
