Rita Weisdorfer Services: 10 a.m. Friday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy, N.M. Rita Claire Weisdorfer, 77, of Roy, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005, at Alta Vista Hospital in Las Vegas, N.M. She was born on July 10, 1928, in Lyndhurst, N.J. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy. She was a retired registered nurse and had been the public health nurse in Roy for many years. Survivors include a brother, Thomas F. Houghton (and wife, Angela) of Franklin Lakes, N.J.; a brother-in-law, Donald Weisdorfer of Roy; and seven nieces and nephews, June Mahoney (Johnny), Donna Milson, Michael Houghton (Maria), Claire Delaney (Joseph), Timothy Houghton (Lynn), Katherine Houghton, and Herbert Houghton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Stokey" Weisdorfer. A rosary is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy, Burial will be at Roy Cemetery. Pallbearers are Tappan, Justin, Joe Don, and Sean Mahoney, Patrick, Jeremy, and John Weisdorfer. Honorary pallbearers are the great-nephews of Roy and New Jersey. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Ramoncita Maestas Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Tucumcari. Ramoncita Maestas, 94, died Friday, Aug. 19, 2005, at BSA Hospice in Amarillo, Texas. She was born on Oct. 10, 1910, at Mills, in the Territory of New Mexico. She was a member of the St. Anne's Catholic Church in Tucumcari and a home maker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Abe Maestas; a son, Gene Maestas; and a grandson, David Arellano. Survivors include a daughter, Rose Arellano of Tucumcari; a son, Juan Maestas of Tucumcari; a grandson, Patrick Arellano of Tucumcari; four granddaughters, Rosalee Olguin, Charolee Arellano, and Vicky Ann Maestas, all of Tucumcari, and Judy Prieto of Clovis; and a great-grandson, Steven Arellano of Tucumcari. A rosary is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Tucumcari. Father Leo Padget will officiate the services. Pallbearers are Rudy, Robert, and Fidel Armijo, Patrick, Steven Arellano, and Tony Olguin. Honorary pallbearers are Robert Mares, Carrie Martinez, Mary Sanchez, and Nora Lujan. Burial will be at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Bobbie Collins Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Dunn Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Tucumcari. Bobbie L Collins, 68, of Tucumcari, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005. He was born on Sept. 24, 1936, in Clovis. He attended his first year of school in Clovis and later moved to Grady with his family. He graduated from Grady High School in 1954. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert J. Collins; and a brother, Derrill B. Collins. Survivors include his mother, Nina Joe Collins of Tucumcari; three sons, Terry Collins (and wife, Barbara) of Hedley, Texas, Kevin Collins (Christine) of Kaplan, La., and Shannon Collins (Shellie) of Blanchard, Okla.; a daughter, Diane Clayton of Roswell; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Bill and Jerry Powell will officiate the services. Pallbearers are Jerry Powell, Jack, Wayne, and Jerry Collins, Tom Anderson, and Bob Davis. Burial will be at noon Saturday in Grady Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
