Sept. 28 — 13th annual Rotary Air Show, rated third best in the country, features Canadian Air Force Snowbirds, USAF A-10’s, helicopter stunts, barnstorming acrobatics, Greg Poe Air Show, Eric Beard’s Yak 54 Russian Thunder, the world’s only twin jet sailplane and a display of 40 aircraft. Gates open at 10 a.m. and shows start at noon; show includes food and merchandise vendors. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students, and free for kids 5 and under.
