Wednesdays ongoing: Story Time for children ages 2 1/2 to 5 at the Tucumcari Public Library, with registration ongoing. Three sessions will be held on Wednesdays through April 5. Ongoing: Eastern Plains Head Start program is accepting applications for enrollment in Head Start, a child development program for children ages 3 to 4. Educational activities, medical and dental care, nutritious meals and snacks, family assistance and special services for children with disabilities are provided at no charge to families.
