Four people were injured in a one-vehicle rollover Wednesday afternoon, according to a release from the New Mexico State Police. An eastbound Ford pickup left the roadway and rolled over in a field near Milepost 8, located on State Road 540 in Logan. A small boy and a young woman were treated for injuries at Trigg Hospital and later released. The driver, a male, remained at the hospital on Friday. A male passenger was transported to an Amarillo hospital with major injuries. Alcohol and excessive speed appear to have been factors in the crash, according to the release, and charges are pending the outcome of an investigation.
