This is the second part of the United States Golf Associaton’s Handicapping System. Handicap Index is your portable handicap that you can take to other courses of different Rating and recieve your proper Handicap from the Handicap Table at course being played. A handicap index compares a player’s scoring ability of a scratch golfer on a course of standard difficulty.
