Hale McClure Services: Will be announced at a later date. Hale McClure, 83, died Monday, June 26, 2006. Mr. McClure was born July 8, 1922 in Tucumcari. He attended the Tucumcari School System and graduated from Tucumcari High School in 1941. He loved the out doors, artifact hunting and making Jewelry. He was retired from the Trigg Memorial Hospital where he maintained the facility. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Jean McClure of Tucumcari; a daughter, Karen Foote of Tucumcari; a grandson, Stephen Foote of Tucumcari; a great-grandson, Trey Foote; sister in law Evelyn McClureof Clovis; and two sisters and other relatives. Following his wishes, Mr. McClure has been cremated. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tucumcari Helping Hands Hospice. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
