Herman R. Clark Services: 10 a.m., Saturday at the Center Street United Methodist Church, Tucumcari. SGM Herman R. Clark, ARNGUS/NMARNG (Ret.), 61, died Sunday, Oct. 8, at his home in Tucumcari. He was born on Sept. 6, 1945 in Clarksville, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Clark of Tucumcari; a sister, Brenda (Don) Mann of Gilbert Ariz.; one daughter, Jennifer (Mike) McQuarrie of Albuquerque; sons Ryan (Alyson) Clark of Gilbert Ariz. and Kile (Miranda) Clark of Chino Valley, Ariz.; sons Brodie and Donovan Clark and their mother, Virginia Clark, all of Portales; sons Chad (Tia) Clark of Midland, Texas, Corbett Clark of Kerrville, Texas, and their mother, Patsy Clark of Andrews, Texas; eight grandchildren and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Kathleen Clark of Portales. Tom Broom will officiate services. Following his wishes, Mr. Clark has been cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Helping Hands Hospice, 615 S 2nd Street, Tucumcari, NM 88401. Rita Martinez Services: 10 a.m. Friday at St Anne's Catholic Church. Rita Martinez, 55 died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2006, in Clovis. Mrs. Martinez was born Oct. 13, 1950 in Tucumcari to Mateo and Geneviva (Veva) Martinez. She had been a lifetime resident of Tucumcari, moving to Clovis in 1994. She was a member of the Catholic church. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Mateo Martinez and two sisters, Emily Hunnicutt and Mary Lou Martinez. Survivors include two sisters, Carmen Martinez and Corine (Bingo) Martinez, both of Tucumcar; an aunt, Mary Romero of Albquerque and an uncle, Nestor Martinez of Tucumcari. Rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Thursday in St. Anne's Catholic Church. Leo Padget will officiate services. Michael Martinez, Jerry Martinez Jr., Howard Littell, Miguel Martinez,Andy Sandoval and Darvin Sandoval will serve as pallbearers. Burial will follow in the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari. Joseph Aragon Services: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Joseph O. Aragon, 41 died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque. Mr. Aragon was born July 1, 1965 in Tucumcari. He was a member of the St. Anne's Catholic Church. He attended the Tucumcari School system. Survivors include his mother Rebecca Aragon of Tucumcari; five brothers, Frank, Merced, Charlie and George Aragon, all of Tucumcari, and Alex Aragon of Amarillo, Texas; two sisters, Lupie Lacy of Logan and Susie Tapia of Albuquerque; an uncle; an aunt and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Wednesday in the St. Anne's Catholic Church. Leo Padget will officiate services. Burial will follow in the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
