The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department. According to reports: Tuesday l At 12:03 a.m., a female reported a fight at an apartment on South Seventh Street. One male subject was arrested for an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. l At 7:51 a.m., a male reported vandalism at a business on South Adams Street. An officer was told that a skill saw blade was thrown at the door causing some damage. l At 8 a.m., an alarm was reported at the high school on South Seventh Street. An officer checked the building and advised that all was OK. Wednesday l At 9:13 a.m., a male reported a theft at a business on West Route 66. An officer was told that a flatbed trailer had been stolen. l At 9:38 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South College Street. One male subject was arrested for two outstanding warrants out of Potter County, Texas. Thursday l At 12:05 p.m., a female reported a theft on Quay Road 62. An officer was told by the female that she left her purse in the car while she moved some cattle and when she returned the purse was missing. The purse contained $115 and some credit cards. Friday l At 2:51 male reported an unwanted subject at a residence on South Rock Island Street. An officer made contact with a male subject and advised him to leave. l At 9:17 a.m., a female reported an unwanted subject at an apartment on South Seventh Street. An officer was told that a male subject would not leave when he was asked. The officer advised that the male subject had left prior to their arrival. l At 9:22 a.m., a male reported a suspicious vehicle at a office on South Second Street. An officer made contact with the owner and advised that the vehicle would be moved.
