Nov. 3: 8 a.m., Tucumcari Historical Research Institute members field trip to Wind River Ranch, Loma Parda and Fort Union. Meet at the Museum, 416 S. Adams, bring a picnic lunch, cars can make the trip. 461-4201.

Nov. 7: 10:30 a.m., free legal workshop and clinic, Tucumcari Senior Center, 523 S. Third St. Attorneys will conduct a one-hour presentation on legal issues important to seniors. Starting at 1 p.m., attorneys will consult privately for 30-minute consultations with individuals who have scheduled appointments. All senior citizens are encouraged to attend.
