The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department. According to reports: Saturday l At 8:50 a.m., a 911 hang-up call was reported at a residence on South Garcia Street. An officer made contact with the resident and advised that all was OK. l At 9 a.m., a male reported a suspicious subject at a fuel station on South First Street. An officer advised that all was OK, the subject was just looking for a ride. l At 11:45 a.m., a female reported vandalism at a storage unit on North College Street. An officer advised that a couple of storage units had been marked with graffiti. l At 6:45 p.m., an officer served a warrant on West Tucumcari Boulevard. One female subject was arrested for an outstanding Municipal Court warrant. l At 8:21 p.m., a female reported children playing in the street on East Heman Street. An officer made contact with the juveniles and advised them to move out of the road. Sunday l At 10:45 a.,m., a female reported harassment at a restaurant on South First Street. An officer was told that a customer was harassing the employees. The officer advised that all was OK; the customer had left the building. l At 6:08 p.m., a female reported vandalism at a hotel on East Route 66. An officer advised that the front window of the business had been shot out. l At 8:30 p.m., a female reported loud music at an apartment on South Seventh Street. An officer made contact with the resident and advised them to turn the music down. l At 8:43 p.m., a male subject went into the police department on East Center Street to report threats. An officer was told that a female subject had threatened to burn the male subject's house down. l At 9:17 p.m., a male reported vandalism on South Jackson Street. An officer advised that the windshield, fender and door of a vehicle had been shot. Monday l At 7:41 a.m., a male reported vandalism at a business on East Tucumcari Boulevard. An officer advised that a window on the west side of the building had been shot out. l At 7:50 a.m., a female reported an open door on a building on South Walleye. An officer advised that the door to a storage trailer had been opened and it is unknown if anything is missing.
