Third year for cowgirl...
Emily Otero will be celebrating her third birthday on Sunday. Emily is the daughter of Gino and Miquela Otero  of Tucumcari. Emily has one big sister Gracie. She is the grand-    daughter of Charlie Valverde, Judy Martinez and Gene and Evelyn Otero, all of Tucumcari. Her great-grandmothers are Vera Cordova and Rose Otero from Tucumcari. Emily will be celebrating with a cowboy and horse themed party with family and friends.
