Santa has his elves and Gregg Sappington, winner of this year’s home lighting contest, often has help decorating from his granddaughter Katrina Smith.

The Tucumari-Quay County Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday the following winners of the holiday light parade and he home and business light decorating contests:
