The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Tuesday
l At 11:15 a.m., an anonymous caller reported that the windows had been broken out of a vehicle parked at the corner of south Sixth and west High streets. An officer advised the owner was contacted and the vehicle would be moved.
l At 2:36 p.m., a male reported an irate customer at a business on west Route 66 Boulevard who was trying to tear up the place.
l At 3:46 p.m., a female reported vandalism on south Jackson Street. The back window on a vehicle had been shot out.
l At 8:24 p.m., the Logan Police Department reported an incident of domestic violence had occurred at a residence on north Fifth Street in Logan.  At 9:13 p.m., the Logan Police Department reported a male and subject and a female subject had been arrested and would be transported to the Quay County Detention Center in Tucumcari.

Wednesday
l At 10:29 a.m., a male caller reported that a suspicious subject in a camouflage jacket was passed out with a bottle of alcohol in back of a gas station on east Route 66 Boulevard. The caller requested the subject be removed. An officer advised the subject was cleared of warrants and advised to leave the premises. No charges were filed.
l At 10:32 a.m., a female reported that unknown persons had shot and damaged several windows of the Tucumcari High School Auditorium on south Eleventh Street
l At 11:30 a.m., a female employee of a motel on east Route 66 Boulevard reported that a male subject wearing a camouflage jacket was in the area of the dumpsters, and he was looking in the rooms and scaring the housekeepers. An officer advised that the subject was told to move on.
l At 2:36 p.m., a female reported that her ex-boyfriend was trying to get in her residence on south Seventh Street.
lAt 4:25 p.m., a female reported a large group of juveniles fighting in the alleyway on south Fourth Street. An officer advised there were about 10 juveniles there, but no one was fighting when he arrived, and they were walking away.
l At 9:49 p.m., a female on Sunset Avenue reported she had been receiving harassing phone calls.
l At 10:59 p.m., the manager of a business on east Route 66 Boulevard requested an officer because a customer was yelling and would not leave the store.

Thursday
l At 1:22 a.m., an anonymous caller reported two suspicious male subjects at a truck stop on Mountain Road, one at the front door of the store and one at the back of the store. An officer advised contact with one subject wearing camouflage pants who was getting something to eat, but could not locate the other subject.
l At 6:17 a.m., a male reported that one of the employees at a truck stop on Mountain Road had been battered by a male subject with a beard who was wearing camouflage pants and a blue hooded sweat shirt.
l At 7:37 a.m., a male caller requested an officer to a truck stop on Mountain Road in reference to an employee who had admitted stealing.
l At 10:02 a.m., a female reported a hit and run at the corner of Fourth Street and Charles Avenue.
l At 5:38 p.m., a female employee of a business on west Route 66 Boulevard reported a shoplifting incident. The caller said the subject was in the office of the business.
l At 3:48 p.m., a female reported a semi truck with a white box trailer on fire on US Highway 54 between Tucumcari and Logan by the airport road. The State Police advised there was no fire; the semi had blown its turbo.
l At 4:17 p.m., several callers reported a vehicle rollover on east bound Interstate-40 between mile marker 329 and mile marker 332, and one person had been ejected from the vehicle.
