Police Chief Roger Hatcher, upon mutual agreement with Bobbye Rose, City
Manager, was placed on administrative leave on July 6, 2009 after the July 2, 2009
tasing incident. The city has determined that Chief Hatcher did not violate any
City Policies, Chief Hatcher has been notified in writing that the administrative
leave has been lifted, and he will return to fall duty effective July 29, 2009.
