Tuesday

• At 12:49 a.m., an anonymous caller reported juveniles drinking at an apartment on Sunset Avenue.

• At 12:54 a.m., a male reported a suspicious vehicle on South Rankin Street.

• At 1:56 a.m., a female reported a burglary at a residence on South First Street.

• At 3:17 a.m., an anonymous caller reported shots fired at an apartment on Sunset Avenue.

• At 9:31 a.m., an officer reported a burglary on Pike Street.

• At 11:28 a.m., a female reported a suspicious subject walking toward the canal on South Adams Street.

• At 1:23 p.m., a female reported a burglary of a vehicle on East Laughlin Street.

• At 7:01 p.m., a male reported an unwanted subject at a hotel on East Route 66. An officer advised the subject was removed.

• At 9:54 p.m., an anonymous caller reported a fight on South Rock Island Street. An officer advised it was children playing.

 Wednesday

• At 5:50 a.m., a female reported a suspicious vehicle on South Jackson Street. An officer was told the vehicle had out-of-state plates and there were people sitting in the vehicle.

• At 11:30 a.m., a female reported an open door at an apartment on South First Street.

• At 11:47 a.m., a female reported a snake in the front yard of a residence on South Monroe Avenue.

• At 12:59 p.m., a male reported a theft at a residence on South Rock Island Street. An officer was told a bicycle had been taken.

• At 4:29 p.m., a male reported a burglary at a residence on South Seventh Street.

• At 10:07 p.m., a male was arrested for battery on a household member at a residence on North Second Street. The man was transported to the Quay County Detention Center.

Thursday

• At 12:37 a.m., a female reported a possible prowler on South Fourth Street. An officer was told a car alarm had been set off.

• At 6:32 a.m., a female reported a burglary of a vehicle on South Fourth Street.

• At 7:52 a.m., a male reported a burglary of a vehicle on South Fourth Street.

• At 8:43 a.m., a female reported a burglary of a vehicle on South Fifth Street.

• At 10:24 a.m., a female reported an open door at a retail business on South Second Street. An officer advised the building was checked and all was OK.

• At 10:27 p.m., an alarm was reported at a business on North Rock Island Street. An officer advised all was OK and the business was secure.
