Donna Isaacs and Leonard Lauriault are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Ivy Corinne Lauriault, to Joshua Adam Braziel, son of Holly Braziel and grandson of Russell and Linda Braziel, all of Tucumcari.

The wedding took place on July 24, 2010, at the Logan church of Christ with the bride’s father officiating. The bride’s sister, Leigh-Anna Szaloy, was the matron of honor and the groom’s brother, Samuel Braziel, was the best man.

Bridesmaids were Justina Segurra and Amber Meguire and groomsmen were Adam Meerza and Joe Cordova. Ashlyn Smith was the flower girl, Daniel Chavez was the ring bearer, and the bride’s longtime friend, Hideo Bahrs, escorted her down the aisle.

The bride is enrolled at New Mexico State University and the groom at the University of Phoenix.

What a blessing, a little girl. Elyza Bentli Hood was born on June 25, 2010 at 8 p.m., to Pfc. Albert Hood and wife Sarah Hood in Clovis.

Elyza weighed eight pounds and was 20 inches long. Her grandparents are Tammy Dudley of San Jon and Howard and Maureen Orgass of Logan. Her great grandparents are Robert and Dorothy Melanson of Rio Rancho and Mary and Jerry Kelly of Amarillo, Texas. The Hoods are now stationed at Fort Carson, Colo.

Javida Inez Roberts of Logan will celebrate her third Birthday on Aug. 9th, 2010. Her parents are Clay and Vanessa Roberts, her sister is Jaide Roberts and her grandparents are John and Helen Baca and Chief and Peggy Roberts.
