U.S. Senator Jeff Bingaman will be in Tucumcari and Clovis on
Wednesday, Aug. 11 and will take part in several events in the area.
    In Tucumcari, Bingaman will tour the North American Wind
Research and Training Center at Mesalands Community College. In Clovis, Bingaman will tour Cannon Air Force Base. Bingaman will also visit Vert-I-Go Wind Energy in Clovis.
    Bingaman is scheduled to appear at the Greater Tucumcari Area Economic Development Corporation board room Wednesday at 9 a.m, and at the North American Wind Research and Training Center at Mesalands Community College at 10:15 a.m.
