Warren Frost, executive director of the Quay County Gaming Authority, will host a meeting at the Tucumcari Convention Center exhibit hall Sept. 29 at 6 p.m. to discuss Tucumcari's future regarding the race track and casino and to give the public an update regarding where the city currently stands on the matter.
