The Quay County commissioners canvased the Nov.2 midterm election results presented to them by Quay County Clerk Ellen White.

White reviewed the early, absentee and Tuesday’s results before she read eight provisional ballots.

“These county results are official,” White said. “Now we will wait for the remaining counties to canvas their results. The secretary of state will then hold a statewide canvas.”
