Walk-A-Thon scheduled

Tucumcari Elementary School's Pre-K will be having a Walk-A-Thon on Wednesday. They will be walking at two different times.

The AM Pre-K will walk from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and the PM Pre-K will walk from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If it is windy or bad weather, students will walk in the gym.

If the weather is nice, students will be walking at the basketball courts on the Pre-K/2 side of the building on South Ninth Street.

Water association to meet

Liberty Mutual Domestic Water Association, Inc., will have it's annual meeting at 5:30 p.m., Thursday at the Arch Hurley Conservancy District Meeting Room at 101 East High Avenue. Three board positions will be voted on and the financial statement discussed.
