The following are the menus for the senior centers and schools in Quay County for Aug. 18 to Aug. 24.

Thursday
Meatloaf, baked potato with margarine, California vegetables, roll, cherry cobbler.
Friday
Ham and beans, okra, wild rice, cornbread, apricots
Monday
Roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, buttered carrots with peppers, pears
Tuesday
Chicken spaghetti, beets, green salad, garlic toast, tropical fruit
Wednesday
Frito pie, pinto beans, crackers, pineapple and cantaloupe chunks

Thursday
Breakfast: Cinnamon roll, fruit juice and milk
Lunch: Cheese pizza or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, garden salad, seasoned green beans, fruit and milk
Snack:  Crackers and juice
Monday
Breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese, fruit juice and milk
Lunch:  Barbecued chicken patty or ham sandwich, steamed peas, baby carrots, fruit and milk
Snack: Pop Tart and milk
Tuesday
Breakfast: Sausage biscuit, fruit juice and milk
Lunch: Frito pie or turkey sandwich, romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, tortilla
Snack: Cheese and crackers
Wednesday
Breakfast: Breakfast pizza, fruit juice and milk
Lunch: Pizza casserole or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, mixed vegetables, celery, garlic breadstick, fruit and milk

Daily breakfast includes hot entrée, choice of fruit, juice and milk, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola parfaits, and cereal or breakfast cookies.
Daily lunches include a cup of veggies, a cup of fruit and a cup of milk.
